Meet Yetlitza, a second grader who recently visited our West Grove office and showed real bravery. After a small seed got stuck in her ear, she tried to remove it herself, but accidentally pushed it even deeper. That’s when her family turned to LCH for safe treatment.

Yelitza visited pediatric provider Regan Pavlock, who made her feel safe and comfortable. She admits she was nervous at first, but remembers how kind and gentle Regan was; she even left with a smile and a lollipop!

Today, Yelitza is doing great and can hear clearly from both ears. In her words, “Regan isn’t scary at all. I was really scared, but she was really nice and helped me feel better.” Yelitza said she will come back, hopefully, without anything in her ears.
