Telehealth Services

What is Telehealth?
CloseWhat is Telehealth?
Telehealth, also known as telemedicine or online doctor visits, virtually connects patients and their providers through technology instead of being in the same room. It will feel like a conversation on Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp, and other video chat platforms that you may be using with family and friends, but your information and privacy is protected just like if you saw a doctor in our office. Though our Telehealth virtual doctor visits are based in our Oxford and Kennett Square health centers, as well as our West Grove pediatrician, dental care, and women's health services, they are available to the community no matter where you are located.

It is so important that we can continue care with our patients despite our service limitations due to the pandemic. We can still provide care without adding any additional risk to our members or our staff. And, since Telehealth does eliminate barriers to care like transportation, we look forward to keeping Telehealth as an ongoing service at LCH.
