LCH Health and Community Services is dedicated to helping adults, teens, and children reach and maintain good physical and mental health.  Our providers, nurses, case workers, behavioral health counselors, member relations specialists, legal team, and dental and medical assistants work together to provide the best care for our members.

We were founded in 1973, and we have continued to adapt as the community has grown.  We have health centers in Kennett Square, PA and Oxford, PA.  Our dental center, women’s health center, and pediatrics office are in West Grove, PA. Our staff speak English and Spanish, and we use language line to help assist all community members regardless of language preference.

At LCH, we accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance. Insurance or no insurance, LCH will take care of you.  We evaluate everyone to determine eligibility for discounted services.
