Mobile Health Clinic and On-site Wellness Checks

LCH is making it easier for employers to provide employees with checkups and health screenings in Chester County, PA.

Regular checkups, wellness visits, and health screenings are an important part of a healthy lifestyle, but sometimes it's difficult to make find time to schedule them. LCH's Mobile Health Clinic and On-site Wellness Checks makes it easier to fit these screenings into a busy lifestyle.

LCH Health and Community Services offers specialized & primary care to all members of our community, whether in our offices or on-site with our Mobile Health Clinic.

About the Program

Benefits of on-site health screenings

  • We can visit worksites during breaks to eliminate transportation barriers and work schedule conflicts for those who may not have the time to get a checkup or wellness exam.

  • By collaborating with local human resource teams and nonprofit agencies, we can extend our positive health impact in the community and help people take better care of their health.

  • We are available to connect participants to further care and resources after the screenings—and can even schedule follow-up appointments in real time during the Wellness Check session.

To stay healthy, it is so important to keep annual check-up appointments with your doctor. At LCH, we understand that people face barriers to care, such as time, cost, and transportation.

That is why we developed the Wellness Check (or Bienestar Breve in Spanish) program, LCH’s mobile health clinic. We send an LCH care team out to your location to provide efficient, free health screenings to your employees. It’s a win-win that helps people stay healthy and strong!

Who is it for?

On-site health screenings include:

  • BMI

  • Glucose

  • Pulse

  • Temperature

  • Blood Pressure

  • 1:1 time with an LCH Provider

  • Based on time and availability: optional cholesterol panel, vision screening, flu shots, COVID-19 vaccines and testing, and other community resources to share.

Any organization can take advantage of our mobile wellness check program. Our team of bilingual medical professionals can offer care to both English and Spanish speaking patients.

We developed the Wellness Check program as a way of offering on-site wellness services to employers in Kennett Square, West Grove, Oxford, and the rest of southern Chester County. By going where people work every day, we can connect employees to medical care that they would otherwise not access.

Some of the ways the southern Chester County community can benefit from on-site Wellness Checks include:

  • We can visit worksites during breaks to eliminate transportation barriers and work schedule conflicts for those who may not have the time to get a checkup or wellness exam.
  • By collaborating with local human resource teams and nonprofit agencies, we can extend our positive health impact in the community and help people take better care of their health.
  • We are available to connect participants to further care and resources after the screenings—and can even schedule follow-up appointments in real time during the Wellness Check session.
