Kennett Square, Pennsylvania – August 6, 2025 – LCH Health and Community Services is celebrating National Health Center week through Saturday, August 9^th. The Southern Chester County health center, with three convenient locations, has special events planned throughout the week to show appreciation for patients, staff, and local partners.

Health centers like LCH serve 32.5 million patients each year, promoting positive health outcomes. LCH has been providing healthcare in Chester County for more than 50 years and has locations in Kennett Square, West Grove, and Oxford as well as telehealth services.

“This week, we join health centers across the country in celebrating National Health Center Week, a moment to recognize the essential care we provide to more than 32 million people nationwide.” said Ronan W. Gannon, CEO of LCH Health and Community Services. “At LCH, we’re proud to be part of this movement. Every day, our team delivers high-quality, affordable primary care to the community in southern Chester County, thanks to the trust of our patients and the support of our community partners.”

The celebration began early, with LCH presenting Population Focus Day at Oxford’s First Friday event. Many of the week’s events are designed to honor those who make LCH a successful resource for families in Chester County. These include a Partner Appreciation Day to thank organizations that help to provide essential services in Chester County, a Patient Appreciation Day with handwritten notes delivered to patients, and a Staff Appreciation Luncheon at each location. Additionally, LCH will host a Community Health Screening event at Mighty Writers in Kennett Square to bring healthcare to pediatric patients and their families.

LCH is accepting new patients in for primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, dental, and behavioral health services. LCH firmly believes in creating access for everyone, serving infants, seniors, and every age in between.
