Never run before? Looking for a place to connect and a place for fresh air? Then we are the perfect group for you! We will make it fun. We can do it! Our goal is to complete the LCH 5K as a team on Saturday, September 22, in Anson B. Nixon Park…walking, running, or both! Donate your steps to support LCH so we can continue to help others.

• Complete 80 laps (20 miles) during the LCH training sessions, and your registration fee for the LCH 5K is FREE.

• Complete 120 laps (30 miles) during the LCH training sessions, you will enter into a raffle to win $50 to Giant.
