LCH is proud to partner with the Land Conservancy of southern Chester County for a fun health walk and nature education activity.

5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Round-trip ransportation from LCH Kennett Square 731 West Cypress Street Kennett Square, PA 19348 to the preserve.
Bus departs at 4:45PM, returns at 7:15PM
