At LCH we seek opportunities to provide our members with the best care and the best tools to provide that care.  We’re aware that many of our patients face certain barriers when trying to access quality health care, which is why we are happy to share information regarding the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

The ACP benefit that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more. The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward Internet service for eligible households. ACP is limited to one monthly service discount per household.
