The Only One I Listen To
Care does not have to start with a specific health concern—at LCH, it can begin with a simple checkup.

Living a healthy lifestyle, Remo (Picture: Patient Remo on the left) had not had a regular health checkup in decades. However, with some encouragement from his daughter, Remo decided to schedule a checkup at LCH Kennett Square.
Since his first visit to LCH, Remo has been greeted with kindness and care. From the front desk team to his provider, Michelle Loftus, CRNP, he describes: “LCH staff are always smiling; they really care about their job.”
Reflecting on his past experiences at other health facilities, he describes the welcoming environment at LCH as what convinced him to keep coming back. Now, Remo has been an LCH patient for over four years.
From that first checkup, Remo has visited his provider regularly to receive preventative care, to manage complications related to his legs, and, most recently, for guidance on weight loss. “She wants the best for me. She’s the only one I listen to,” shared Remo about his LCH provider, Michelle.
Remo had originally learned about LCH from an at-home nurse who cared for his elderly parents. Since becoming a patient, Remo has helped others in the community learn about our services: “I talk about LCH all the time.” He smiles.
