A Warm Welcome to LCH’s New Director of Development
Kennett Square, Pennsylvania – August 21, 2026 – LCH Health and Community Services is pleased to introduce Bonnie Battalia as our new Director of Development. With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Bonnie brings a wealth of knowledge in development, fundraising, and community engagement to LCH.
Prior to her new role at LCH, Bonnie served as Chief Development Officer at FeedNC, an organization dedicated to addressing local hunger and food insecurity in Mooresville, North Carolina. Working directly with donors, community partners, and grant funders, Bonnie utilized her passion for relationship-building and business development to create a meaningful impact.
Transitioning from a food bank to community healthcare, Bonnie shares what drew her to LCH:
“I believe that, just like access to food, everyone should have access to healthcare. LCH’s 50-year history of serving the community deeply impressed me, as did its commitment to whole-person care, dignity, and equitable access to healthcare. This is an organization that is not only there for every patient, but for each other.”
In her new role as Director of Development at LCH, Bonnie is excited to connect with LCH staff at all three locations and work alongside our community partners and donors. “I look forward to building intentional and meaningful relationships with those who care so much about the mission of LCH,” says Bonnie.
Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her two children, family, and friends. In addition, she likes to spend time outdoors, bake, and read. After relocating from North Carolina to Pennsylvania, Bonnie has also found joy in inheriting a beautiful flower garden and exploring her new community.
