LCH Health and Community Services Names Bonnie Battalia, Director of Development
Kennett Square, Pennsylvania – August 21, 2026 – LCH Health and Community Services is pleased to introduce Bonnie Battalia as our new Director of Development. With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Bonnie brings a wealth of knowledge in development, fundraising, and community engagement to LCH.
Prior to her new role at LCH, Bonnie served as Chief Development Officer at FeedNC, an organization dedicated to addressing local hunger and food insecurity in Mooresville, North Carolina. Working directly with donors, community partners, and grant funders, Bonnie utilized her passion for relationship-building and business development to create a meaningful impact.

Transitioning from addressing food insecurity to advancing community health, Battalia shared what drew her to LCH:
“I believe that, just like access to food, everyone should have access to healthcare. LCH’s more than 50-year history of serving the community deeply impressed me, as did its commitment to whole-person care, dignity, and equitable access to healthcare. This is an organization that is not only there for every patient, but for each other as well.”
In her new role, Battalia will lead LCH’s fundraising and donor-engagement efforts, strengthen community partnerships, and help secure resources supporting LCH’s mission and continued growth.
Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her two children, family, and friends. In addition, she likes to spend time outdoors, bake, and read. After relocating from North Carolina to Pennsylvania, Bonnie has also found joy in inheriting a beautiful flower garden and exploring her new community.
