LCH Celebrates Hero Spotlight Award Winner Amanda Birdwell Amid National Quality Honors
OXFORD, PA – Everyday dedication and high-level clinical quality come together at LCH Health and Community Services (LCH), where individual compassionate care and national organizational achievement are being recognized.
Amanda Birdwell, CRNP, a Family Nurse Practitioner at LCH Oxford, was recently presented with the Hero Spotlight Award by Ken Pitts on behalf of Advisors Mortgage Services, an affiliate member of Homes for Heroes. This honor recognizes Birdwell for the steady, quiet ways she puts her patients first each day. As mentioned by Dr. Joseph A. Greco, MD, Chief Medical Director at LCH, “Amanda approaches every patient not as a diagnosis or an appointment on her schedule, but as a person with unique fears, hopes, and challenges. She takes the time to understand and to ensure that every individual feels seen, respected, and valued.”
Beyond her work in primary care at LCH, Birdwell also serves on the Oxford Borough Council, advocating for a healthier, stronger local community.
